How can I make a booking?

Booking your stay with us is simple and flexible. You may reserve directly through our Airbnb listing, or reach out to us via WhatsApp for a more personalized booking experience & better rates.

How many guests can the villa accomodate?

Villa Auraya is designed to comfortably accomodate up to 10 guests. For larger groups, we are happy to arrange up to 2 additional guests with extra beds, available at an added cost.

What services are included in my stay?

Your stay includes daily housekeeping to keep the villa refreshed throughout your visit, and a welcome fruit platter to begin your holiday on a delightful note.

What additional services can I book?

To enhance your stay, we are delighted to assist with a range of additional experiences, including airport transfers, laundry, private chef services, floating breakfasts, in-villa spa treatments, and curated tours.

Please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like to book any of these services, so we may arrage everything in advance for your comfort.

Is early check-in available?

Standard check-in time is at 15:00 WITA, allowing our team to carefully prepare the villa for your arrival. Depending on occupancy the night before, early check-in may be possible and we will gladly assist whenever we can. Should the villa not yet be ready upon your arrival, we will be pleased to securely store your luggage so you can enjoy a leisurely stroll in the surrounding area until check-in time.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that travel plans may change. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of Rp. 1,000,000,- is required, which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. For cancellations made after the full payment has been completed, refunds are not available. However, we will be happy to assist in rescheduling your stay, subject to villa availability, so you can still enjoy your time with us on alternative dates.

Are pets allowed on the premises?

To maintain the comfort, cleanliness, and serene atmosphere of our villas, we kindly ask that guests do not bring pets onto the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests.

Can I smoke in the villa?

For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Guests who wish to smoke may do so on the pool deck, where we provide a relaxed outdoor setting.
